By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WDJS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

WDJS is a faith-based word puzzle game that:

WDJS does not require account creation. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information or require registration to use the App.

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and original content, is owned by Empathy Tech Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which is in the public domain in the United States. Our selection, arrangement, and presentation of scripture-based puzzles is proprietary.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
WDJS is an entertainment application. Nothing in the App should be construed as spiritual counseling, religious instruction, theological teaching, or pastoral guidance. For spiritual matters, please consult with qualified religious leaders or counselors.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPATHY TECH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empathy Tech Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Empathy Tech Solutions LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
